TERMS & CONDITIONS
LEGAL ENTITY
These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by (Owl Space Limited), trading as Owl Space, registered in England and Wales no. 10696471 ('we', 'us', 'our' or 'Owl Space'). If you have any questions regarding us, our goods or an order that you have placed, please email sales@owl.space.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using owl.space you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. No contract exists between you and Owl Space for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order and we send you confirmation in writing or by email to the address or email address you have given. Once we have done so, there is a binding legal contract between us.
These terms and conditions (together with the documents referred to in them) tell you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the of the Products to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from our site.
Owl Space reserves the right to update its terms and conditions from time to time.
DESCRIPTION AND PRICE OF THE GOODS
Any goods which are non-bespoke or non-personalised are subject to availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available in stock within 60 days from the date of receipt of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
In addition to the price, you will be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods. All prices are inclusive of 20% VAT but exclude delivery costs, for which we, or our nominated delivery company, will provide you with a cost which will be added to the total amount.
PAYMENT
Owl Space uses PayPal to process payments. This secure merchant is independent and will never disclose your payment details to us. Any payment details provided by you on our site are encrypted and transfered to PayPal using a certified secure connection.
WARRANTY
All goods supplied by Owl Space are warranted free from defects for 5 years from the date of supply. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This warranty does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tearm wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than as recommended to us, failure to follow our instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.
If the goods supplied to you develop a defect while under warranty, or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should notify us in writing, for the attention of Sebastian Wrong, at info@owl.space.
DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY POLICY
We do not store credit card details. Personal information supplied to us is confidential and will never be made available to a third party.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless we are negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied to you.
We will only use the information you provide about yourself for the purpose of fulfilling your order, unless you agree otherwise. You can correct any information about you, or ask information about you to be deleted, by giving written notice to us at info@owl.space.
UNFORSEEN EVENTS
In the event of the normal course of manufacture of the goods or performance being prevented, interrupted, hindered or delayed by any cause whatsover beyone our control, we shall have the option without incurring liability to you, to defer the date of delivery.
SUB-CONTRACTING
We shall be entitled to sub-contract the supply of goods and the performance of any services in relation to your goods.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All worldwide intellectual property including any copyright, registered or unregistered design rights in and relating to the goods including any blueprints, designs, drawings, illustrations specifications and instructions prepared by us in connection with the order shall vest in us unless set out by express agreement in writing.
APPLICABLE LAW
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law, and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
